Stephanie Puckett, online therapist in North Carolina and Virginia

You want to be present in your life and relationships, but fear and avoidance keep getting in the way.

You’re hardworking, but it’s exhausting to feel stuck and disconnected from what matters. The constant worries and what-ifs make it hard to focus, and you wish you could feel joy and balance again. You’re ready to reconnect with your values, your people, and yourself.

You’re in the right place.

My style

The right kind of support can make all the difference.

As a therapist, I help women and moms navigate anxiety, grief, and life transitions with clarity and compassion. Over the past five years, I’ve supported clients in overcoming obstacles and returning to lives aligned with their values. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a crisis counselor, learning the importance of safe spaces and human connection during life’s toughest moments. You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to support you as you find your way forward.

My guiding principles

Compassion

I aim to create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and validated.

Trust

My goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of care, concern, empathy, and security.

Collaboration

I strive to ensure that your therapeutic journey is an equal partnership toward meeting your goals.

Safety

I aim to stay attuned to your needs to help you through difficult emotions.
